Available tissues include fresh frozen and formalin-fixed explanted lung tissue from transplant recipients, frozen bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid, frozen serum and plasma and biopsy specimens in OCT and paraffin blocks. Some of the BAL specimens have had flow cytometry performed on them. There are also slides from all of the BAL samples and all of the paraffin embedded tissue.
