The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine would like to welcome Borna Mehrad, MD. Dr. Mehrad will serve as the Chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. He joins UF after holding the E. Cato Drash Professorship in Pulmonary Medicine at the University of Virginia Medical School. Dr. Mehrad’s other appointments at UVA include: Faculty in the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Cancer Biology; Director, Interstitial Lung Disease Program and; Associate Chief for Research, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Mehrad’s clinical interest is Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
