Physicians looking to earn board certification in sleep medicine can come from a variety of primary specialties. A subspecialty certification in sleep medicine is available from the following member’s boards of the American Board of Medical Specialties:
American Board of Internal Medicine
American Board of Family Medicine
American Board of Anesthesiology
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
American Board of Pediatrics
American Board of Otolaryngology
We use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for all applicants.
For Fellowship Application please submit the following via ERAS:
- Common Application Form
- Personal Goals Statement
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- USMLE Transcripts
- ECFMG Status Report (foreign medical graduates only)
- Wallet-sized Color Photo
- We require the following materials to be forwarded to us:
